Fitness that finally speaks your language.

Personal training and nutrition coaching built for everyday Kenyans. Not imported. Not translated. Yours.

Anza leo. Hatua moja.

01

The trainer who gets it.

I grew up in Nairobi, surrounded by nyama choma, chai with too much sugar, and the belief that fitness was something imported — expensive gyms, foreign meal plans, supplements you couldn't pronounce.

My own transformation started when I stopped trying to follow Western fitness advice and started building something that worked with my life, not against it. Real food. Real schedules. Real results.

Today, I help Kenyans — from Westlands executives to Eastlands hustlers — build strength and health on their own terms. Because healthy shouldn't need a translator.
